Edge Steak & Bar Presents “Bubbles and Brunch” Cooking Class with Aaron Brooks and Giorgio Rapicavoli

The Pop-Up Cooking Classes hosted by Edge Steak & Bar’s Executive Chef Aaron Brooks have become a must-do Saturday event for every food lover in South Florida. Each month Brooks chooses a different theme such as Sunday Roast, Mediterranean Seafood or D.I.Y. Pasta and teaches his “students” how to prepare a three-course, gourmet meal.

For June’s theme, “Bubbles and Brunch,” Brooks has called upon good friend and fellow chef Giorgio Rapicavoli to help him co-host the class. Rapicavoli is the Executive Chef and co-owner of Coral Gables’ Eating House who’s “Wakin’ & Bacon Brunch” has people lined up around the block each and every Sunday. While the chefs are keeping the details of the menu a surprise, class participants can expect a welcome cocktail, plenty of delicious food, unlimited champagne and a take-home gift. The cooking class will take place on Saturday, June 22 from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. for $75 per person (exclusive of tax and gratuity).
