The New and Improved STK Returns to Miami Beach

After a few unforeseen delays, STK is finally back on South Beach. The new and improved restaurant space has taken over a spot in the same building it was housed in before the, 1 Hotel & Homes, just on the other corner of the property.

The massive new STK Miami is more than 10,000 square feet of bi-level space with a state-of-the-art DJ lounge area. But what really stood out to us was how much it STK emphasizes the social experience of dining. With help from an in-house DJ, it has a non-stop, high-energy atmosphere that makes you feel like you want to party the second you walk through its doors.

The space also houses two bars and a mezzanine level that can convert into space for large receptions hosting up to 400 people, along with a semi-private and private dining rooms. Art work from local Miami artist, Jessy Nite, hang on the entryway walls leading into the dining area.

Back in the kitchen is the restaurant’s original Executive Chef Aaron Taylor is serving up plenty of the same dishes that the restaurant built its reputation on the first time around like the bite-sized lil’ BRGs, made with Wagyu beef, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Foie Gras French Toast and, of course, the lots of steak, specifically the bone-in rib steak, the bone-in filet and an porterhouse. The inventive bar menu is back as well serving up drinks like the Black Rye Affair, Basil‘rita and Cucumber Stiletto.

Note: These food dishes were small bite sized samples. Not the full portion.
