Since its 2017 opening, Miami Beach’s Stiltsville Fish Bar boasts the city’s best seafood with ocean views nestled in Sunset Harbour. Now, Top Chef stars Janine Booth and Jeff McInnis are offering diners an all-day “Bubble Bath Brunch” featuring new seafood dishes and handcrafted cocktails to love.
The light brunch delivers on flavor without derailing your 2019 fitness resolutions. The Barbecued Big Fish, which is grilled over white oak and served whole, takes on a new flavor from its dinner counterpart the Crispy Whole Snapper and is only available during brunch.
Don’t skip other brunch classics, such as Green Eggs & Ham featuring green deviled eggs, crispy country ham & pickles, with the option to take it over the top with osetra caviar. Plus, dessert with the option of Sugar Dusted Beignets or the Waffle of the Day, with rotating flavors every week.
The Miami Beach staple also offers new cocktails like the classic Hotel Nacional with Havana Club Añejo Blanco Rum, apricot liqueur, pineapple juice, vanilla bean, and lime juice and the Boggy Bayou Bloody Mary with Absolut Elyx and a range of toppings like Watermelon Radish, Pork Belly, and Fresno Chile.
