Quality Meats releases new cocktail menu for the fall and it is delicious!

The friendly folks at Quality Meats held a cocktail clinic to unveil their new menu and it did not disappoint! The Beverage Director, Bryan Schneider,  joined us from from New York to demo the new fall cocktails.

Quality Meats is owned and operated by Fourth Wall Restaurants and was founded by father son restaurateurs Alan and Michael Stillman in 2007. The group is comprised of upscale restaurants in New York City, including the flagship Smith & Wollensky location, Maloney & Porcelli, Quality Meats, Quality Italian, Park Avenue Autumn (Winter/Spring/Summer) and now, Quality Meats in Miami Beach.

Four new cocktails were unveiled by Bryan Schneider with one cocktail, the Pomegranate Daiquiri, created by local bartender, Dan Sandberg.  Some lite bites were served as well.
