September is our favorite month here at Chat Chow TV. And why is that? Because it’s National Bourbon Heritage Month. And no, we aren’t making that up, it’s been a real thing for 10 years since when US Senate declared it an official event way back in 2007.

So for our sixth year celebrating the month-long holiday, we’ve teamed up with some of our favorite Beam Suntory Bourbon brands like Knob Creek®, Maker’s Mark®, Basil Hayden’s® and Jim Beam® and others, to bring you a month filled with all-things-bourbon programming.

This year we’ve got plenty in store for you including a bourbon-filled brunch at the country’s hottest bar, Sweet Liberty, a special collaboration with Dos Croquetas to create special bourbon infused croquetas, and even the team at Federal Donuts have created the perfect fancy doughnut to pair with Maker’s Mark that is available all month long  — the Peanut Caramel Apple doughnut.  But that’s not all we’ll be featuring our favorite local bartenders creating their special bourbon libations throughout the month, plus hosting giveaways on our IG page for a special Whisky Extravaganza tasting event.
