• 1.25 oz Bulleit Bourbon
• 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
• 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1.25 oz Fresh Apricot Purée

Add all ingredients, shake, strain over crushed ice and garnish with pink peppercorns.
