Classic American Brunch with a Twist at Station 5 Table & Bar

We’re huge fans of brunch — especially any brunch that features Short-Rib Tacos topped with Cheetos. That is the case at South Miami’s Station 5 Table & Bar, which recently revamped its popular brunch menu and we got a chance to go check it out.

The menu is available both Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features some of the restaurant’s greatest hits from its lunch and dinner menu along with some classic breakfast dishes with unique twists. Besides the braised short rib tacos, we also got to taste Sriracha Shrimp Tacos topped with crunch slaw and citrus. Both dishes are not only available on its brunch menu, but its dinner and lunch menus as well.

For the more brunch specific items, we tried the new Le Croque Monsieur “sammie,” which was a favorite of the table and can be ordered with a side of green beans tossed in Caesar dressing if you don’t want the fries with their house-made tamarind ketchup. Other standouts included the Duroc Pork Belly Hash and the restaurant’s famous Pancake Tacos. All the dishes can be washed down with choice of bottomless bloody marys, mimosas or sangria for just $20.

It wouldn’t be a proper meal without a dessert and Station 5’s certainly didn’t disappoint. If you’re a fan of peanut butter cups make sure to check out the Killa Brownie Sundae which is rich chocolate brownie topped with peanut butter sauce, fluffernutter, peanut butter cups and ice cream. The Rum Raisin Bread Pudding is another not-to-miss dessert.

Get a delicious look at the dishes below and make sure to check out Station 5 brunch for yourself the next time you’re in South Miami.
