Top Chef 13 Winner Jeremy Ford Shows Us How to Make Honey Bubbles

Last week, Matador Room chef Jeremy Ford took home the title of Top Chef on season 13 of the show. During his final, winning meal, Ford created Honey Bubbles to be paired with the Ricotta and Mozzarella Cheese Cylinder dish.
