The Pubbelly Boys held a pop-up preview dinner from their highly anticipated new concept L’echon Brasserie on Tuesday, May 13. The sample menu included eight courses from the best of L’echon Brasserie’s menu that were a great introduction for their upcoming restaurant.
Helmed by Executive Chef Josh Elliott, standout dishes included the Tarte L’echon, a French-style pizzette with a killer combination of smoked ham and sweet tomatoes and the Mérou Noir de Florida, which featured a local black grouper dusted in black olive crust and ramps served with a ratatouille and topped with an olive vinaigrette.
