Yardbird proudly welcomes Chef James Patrakis of The Ravenous Pig / Cask & Larder to the Midnight Chef’s Table Series on November 9th. In case you’re living under a rock – Jeff McInnis brings a special “Guest Chef” and a new “Chef’s Choice” meal served family style to a limited number of guests. Set in the midst of all the action in front of Yardbird’s open kitchen, the dinner will also include a culinary matched cocktail prepared tableside.
James Petrakis grew up in Florida and in 2007, opened the Ravenous Pig in Winter Park and has since won multiple “Best Chef” nominations from the James Beard Foundation, along recognition from numerous magazines including Food & Wine, Saveur and Southern Living. James and his wife Julie opened their second restaurant Cask & Larder in 2012 and just published their first cookbook – The Ravenous Pig, Seasons of Florida.
The pre-fixed cost is $55 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
