Above is a badass video of one of our favorite bartenders, Philip Khandehrish, the Persian Prince.  Philip has since left to partner up with AlambiQ to focus on consulting as well as taking an ambassador role with Casa Noble Tequila (great liquid) as well as Fos Greek Mastiha (a Greek liqueur).  Find him all over town conducting trainings and events.  And of course creating delicious cocktails.
