Starting Sunday, August 24, Chef Jose Mendin, Andreas Schreiner and Sergio Navarro will be introducing Pubbelly Brunch. From noon until 4 p.m. you can try dishes like Domestic Burrata with seasonal fruits and vegetables; Viennoiseries Basket filled with bread and pastries such as Kimchee Croissants, Guava Cheese Brioche Bomba and a Chocolate Éclair filled with Foie Mousse; or a Granola Bowl with house-made Greek yogurt, yuzu-blueberry compote and seasonal fruit.
If you loved PB Steak, Pubbelly is bringing the popular French Toast Sticks with a trio of dipping sauces over for brunch. You can also have one of Pubbelly’s new seasonal cocktail pitchers crafted by Derek Stilmann like the nameless cocktail with strawberry infused with Port, Dolin Rouge, Dolin Blanc, Yuzu & Cinnamon infused Badoit Sparkling Mineral Water.
