Crudos Fusion Art is a Feast for the Senses

In ten years, Wynwood has transformed from a warehouse district with one restaurant to an international tourist destination. Now flavors and visitors from all over the world fill the neighborhood. One of the newest spots on the district’s dining scene is Crudos Fusion Art, a Latin-Asian fusion concept by Chef Edixon Hernandez.

The restaurant opened during Miami Art Week 2017, serving dishes that rival Wynwood’s walls in color and originality. Each dish is prepared to capture a diner’s five senses. Starting with the Cloud Pork Belly, a miso pork belly topped with cotton candy which turns to a glaze when warm ponzu sauce is poured over it. The Crudos Tuna Tartare is served on a foggy glass tube that releases smoke on arrival and served with fresh tortilla chips. Any selection from the Crudos Grill is presented on a personal-sized grill that will keep the dish sizzling hot at your table.

For dessert, the menu offers Nutella Buns, a sweet take on classic steamed buns stuffed with Nutella mousse and topped with candied pecans and fresh berries. You can also share the refreshing Crudos Artisan Pops trio made with seasonal flavors.

Crudos also features a full bar serving handcrafted cocktails with fresh ingredients that celebrate both Asian and Latin flavors, like a Mojito made with fresh sugar cane juice with a popsicle in it. Experience lunch or dinner Tuesday – Saturday from 12pm-11pm or Sunday from 12pm-10pm.
