Bahía Goes Mexican For New Menu Launch

A few months back the Four Seasons Miami unveiled its newly renovated poolside restaurant and sunset lounge, Bahía at Four Seasons Hotel Miami.  Tucked atop the 7th floor of the hotel, the two-acre tropical oasis was recently named one of the “Best Hotel Pools in Miami” by Conde Nast Traveler.

And with a new look came a new menu offering flavors inspired by the coastal regions of Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean, created by everyone’s favorite Aussie chef, Aaron Brooks. The new menu features authentic spices, rubs and marinades featuring achiote and other fragrant and spicy flavors that  pay homage to the culinary scenes of these regions with dishes like Spicy Adobo Pork RibsCeviche Veracruzano, a special taco menu of Guajillo Short RibCochinita PibilPescado and Fried Soft Shell Crab all served on locally made masa tortillas by a company called, appropriately enough, Masa Tortillas.

While eating poolside, cocktails are a must, and Bahía offers a beverage program featuring an extensive selection of tequilas and single village mezcals, including a bespoke reposado tequila exclusively barreled for Bahía. Specialty cocktails showcase bar favorites with a tequila twist – Mezcal MuleMexican Mojito, a classic Bahía Margarita and others.  A selection of wine, bubbles and craft beer are also available.

With Miami’s tropical climate, Bahía’s updated design and fresh new menu offerings, it is a welcomed escape for a casual midweek lunch break and poolside cocktail. Until you can give it a try check out the delish photos below.
